Charlotte Osei rubbishes Ayawaso West Wuogon campaign posters

Former Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Charlotte Osei , has rubbished media reports that she is contesting the vacant Ayawaso West Wuogon Parliamentary seat on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress.

Her comments come after some campaign posters of Charlotte Osei surfaced online.

She has condemned the posters and described them as fake.

In an Instagram post, she said "I am not and have never been a registered member of any political party in Ghana or anywhere in the world."

She added that she did not reside in Ayawaso West Wuogon and so she does not even qualify to run as MP in the constituency.

"I have no interest whatsoever in running for Parliament and have never had that interest. Please, find better use of your artistic talent than mischief-making," Charlotte Osei advised.
