The Serbian tactician has made two changes to the side that defeated the Warriors 3-1 in Cape Coast last Saturday.
Aside from Andre Ayew, teenager Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has also dropped to the bench, with Benjamin Tetteh and Baba Iddrisu taking their places.
Meanwhile, Jojo Wallocott maintains his spot between the sticks, while the back four of Daniel Amartey, Baba Rahman, Alexander Djiku and Jonathan Mensah also remains intact.
Thomas Partey will partner Baba Iddrisu in a midfield pivot and Jordan Ayew, Kudus Mohammed, Kamaldeen Sulemana and Benjamin Tetteh form the attacking quartet.
