Coach Paa Kwesi Fabien admits being under pressure to qualify Ghana

Pressure is all over the place, we have to know how to deal with it - Coach Paa Kwesi.

Fabien last year failed to qualify the team to the age’s championship in Niger after the team was found guilty for fielding an overage player in the person of Isaac Twum.

The national U-20 team of Ghana also failed to qualify for the 2017 African Youth Championship (AYC) which will be staged in Zambia.

The West African giants who has rich history when it comes to U-17 championship will be hosting Burkina Faso in the first leg of the African qualifier at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Sunday.

And Paa Kwesi Fabien says he is under severe pressure to qualify Ghana for the upcoming championship following Black Satellite’s inability to qualify for the next year’s championship.

“Since man was born he has been under pressure. So pressure is everywhere if they [national U-20 team] had qualified there will be pressure, they didn’t qualify there is pressure,” Fabien told Pulse.com.gh.

“So pressure is all over the place, we have to know how to deal with it otherwise it can put you down,” he added.
