The 22-year-old signed a three and half year deal with the Azersun Arena outfit after passing a mandatory medical test earlier today.
Ghana striker Kwabena Owusu has completed his move to Azerbaijan topflight joined them from CD Leganes in the Spanish second tier.

He spent half of the season with Spanish second-tier side FC Cordoba where he netted six goals in 17 matches.
Owusu was a member of the Black Stars squad that represented Ghana at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
He also played for the Ghana U23 team at the last year's U23 Africa Cup of Nations where he scored two goals.
