The Black Stars defender couldn’t last the entire minutes when Orlando Pirates settled for a 1-1 draw against Baroka on last week Wednesday due to a back injury.

Edwin Gyimah was pulled out of Orlando Pirates 1-1 draw against Baroka in the 46 minute, after complaining of an injury.

He missed his outfit’s 2-2 draw against Highland Park over the weekend in a tension packed game.

However, Gyimah, 25 is yet to be assessed by the medics of Orlando Pirates to determine the extent of the back injury.

Pirates next assignment is against Maritzburg in an away fixture at Harry Gwala Stadium.

Edwin Gymah has been a regular for Orlando Pirates, since joining them from Mpumalanga Black Aces in 2015.
