Both forced to share responsibility for Bobbi Kristina

Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston's family are now entitled to monitor Bobbi Kristina's medical records.

This decision was taken by a judge on Thursday, May 7 naming Bobby and Pat Houston as co-guardians of Whitney's daughter.

The court ruling means Whitney's sister-in-law, and Bobby will now share responsibility for the 22-year-old's medical care. Bobby filed a petition last month to become her legal guardian.

The court also appointed an attorney - Bedelia Hargrove - as conservator whereby she will control all financial and legal matters for Kristina.

We earlier reported that Kristina is now breathing on her own but her mom's family still maintain that she's suffered "global and irreversible brain damage."
