Late Car crash victim's stepchildren slam ex-Olympian with lawsuit

The stepchildren of late Kim Howe have filed a lawsuit against newly announced transgender, Bruce Jenner.

This is coming almost a week after Jenner came out public as a transgender in a special interview on the national TV.

Howe's stepchildren claimed that the ex-Olympian was 'careless and negligent' when he slammed into the late Howe's Lexus and which led to her death after it collided head on with a Hummer in February 2015

The late Howe's stepchildren, who reports say have no relationship with the deceased, further claimed that Bruce was speeding.

However, TMZ recently reported that the L.A. County Sheriff's Department is still investigating the crash after which the County's District Attorney would get a report from the investigation for possible prosecution.
