Actor won't mind playing James Bond

It's no longer news that Daniel Craig will retire as 007 after the next two Bond films.

What would be news when the time comes is 'who would take over the actor's role.

In an interview with The Guardian','Furious 7' actor, Jason Statham  said he would love to play the 007 character. He revealed this when asked if he would love to play the iconic spy agent.

"Could I do it? Abso-f***ing-lutely. Would I do it? Abso-f***ing-lutely. Is Daniel Craig a great Bond? Abso-f***ing-lutely.” - Statham said.

“Yeah, I’d make a decent Bond. But it’d be very, very different if I did it." -he added.

Statham however was hesitant when asked about playing the Bond villain role.

“I don’t know if I wanna to do that. That’s not my thing. I’d rather play the other guy.”
