Ghanaians delight in a 'dream come true'

Claudio Ranieri’s men were handed the Premier League title on Saturday after their 3-1 win against Everton at the King Power Stadium.

Leicester City were officially crowned Champions after Chelsea’s 2-2 at home to Tottenham Hotspur.

Jeffrey Schupp who played in the game against Everton was joined by international teammate Daniel Amartey as they celebrated their English Premier League title triumph with Leicester City.

Schlupp took to social media to express his joy in a dream come true with Daniel Amartey thanking God.
