Hearts of Oak Board member Ivy Heward Mills cited in corruption scandal

A High Court judge and Hearts of Oak Board member, Justice Ivy Heward Mills has been cited in journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas’ video that has High Court justices allegedly receiving bribe to compromised cases.

Justice Ivy Heward Mills a football loving fan joined Hearts of Oak Board in 2011 after; Togbe Afede became the majority shareholder of the club.

The video of the said bribery scandal which has about 180 staff members of the judicial services receiving bribes from the litigants is scheduled to be aired later in this month at the International Conference Centre.The judges in the video include; Ivy Heward Mills, John Ajet-Nasam, Mustapha Habib Logoh, Charles Quist Ernest Obimpeh, Paul Uutter Derry and Kofi Essel Mensah.Due to that, the judicial service on Wednesday issued detailed measures to deal with the culprit found on Anas video.
