Although the video seem funny, it definitely raises some eyebrows at how 'loose' the teenager could possibly be.

Although it's unknown what her 'high as f—k' truly means, some media outlet claim she could have mean higher above the ground... like she was in an airplane.

Kylie has posted several snapchats with boyfriend, Tyga recently as they travel to a mystery destination. It's obvious they are not hiding their relationship any longer.
