Nana Addo appoints Kofi Demetia as ambassador to Togo
President <a href="https://www.pulse.com.gh/news/local/nana-addos-free-shs-saved-me-ghcent4500-in-school-fees-breman-essiam-chief/zndm73c" link="null">Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo</a> has presented credentials to Kofi Demetia as Ghana's Ambassador to Togo on Wednesday, 31 July 2019.

Demetia's appointment is in accordance with Article 74(1) of the Constitution.

He was sworn in at the Jubilee House and urged to represent Ghana well and deepen the country’s relations with the Republic of Togo.

Demetia thanked Nana Addo for the confidence he has in him and promised to represent the government well in Togo and further foster greater cooperation between both countries.
