The "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star wore her brunette locks in loose curls and styled her look with strappy pink sandals, supported arm-in-arm with her loved ones as she chose to keep the identities of her friends private.

Caitlyn added she traveled to San Francisco to learn more about her new identity as a transgender woman.
