Fans want Popcaan arrested for smoking in public

Popcaan is living the Jamaican dancehall artiste lifestyle in Ghana leaving some fans with so many questions, particularly about what the laws of the country say about smoking in public.

The “Unruly” singer is in Ghana and he stormed the streets of Accra yesterday with his convoy, causing human traffic as hundreds of fans who want to catch a glimpse mobbed his car.

However, amidst it all with a team of Ghana police service officers providing him with security, he lit a rolled substance which looks like marijuana, smoked it publicly whilst tapping himself and sharing it on social media.

Considering how it’s illegal for anyone to possess cannabis in Ghana, some fans have been calling on the Ghana police service to apprehend Popcaan for boldly doing the same illegal thing which Kwaw Kese was once arrested and jailed for.
