500g seafood mix (shrimps, oyster, calamari, octopus)
1 onion, peeled and diced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 carrot, finely diced

4 cups white rice, cooked and cooled
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 spring onion, sliced
2 Tbsp olive oil

Method
Heat a wok over high heat. Add remaining oil and marinara mix.
Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, remove from pan and set aside.
Add onion to the pan and stir-fry for a minute.
Add garlic and carrot when it begins to shimmer, add rice and toss, breaking up any lumps of rice.
Add seafood marinara mix back into the wok. Add soy and oyster sauces.
Season to taste with pepper and garnish with spring onions to serve.
