HKN producer warns artistes against fraudsters and impersonators

Nigerian producer and song-writer Seyi Akerele (popularly known as Shizzi) has taken to Twitter and Instagram to expose online fraudsters on social media who have been posing as him and duping unsuspecting artistes, fans and aspiring producers.

The hitmaker who is affiliated to HKN Music and Team TalkLess, is one of the most recognised names in Nigerian music production, with his prolific work with Davido pushing him into the limelight.

The 'Fans Mi' producer posted a series on tweets, expressing his frustration and disappointment with the rising occurrences of fraudsters using his name as a cover for duping upcoming singers and producers. He also went on the share the fraudulent Facebook pages on his Instagram.

"Scam Alert!!! I've got nothing to do with this fake FB account!! Don't fall victim to a cheap scam & don't pay money into any GTB account!! People have been calling my PA complaining of paying money to a GTB account i know nothing about pls beware!! smh!!"
