New England Patriots quarterback and Men's Health cover star Tom Brady and his wife, Gisele Bndchen, have just put their sprawling mansion on the market. If you've ever wanted to live like a star athlete or a supermodel, here's your chance: the house can be yours for a cool $39.5 million.

According to the listing , the property, located in Boston, sits on more than five acres bordering the nearby country club, and includes five bedrooms, five full bathrooms (and two half bathrooms), garage, chef's kitchen, and play room. The grounds also include a separate guest house barn conversion with yoga studio attached and walls that open up, perfect for those morning sun salutations.

Page Six reports that the couple are looking to move to New York City, one of the most expensive real estate markets in the world. But money won't be too much of an issue for either of them; Brady recently signed a lucrative two year contract extension with the Patriots which made him the sixth highest paid quarterback in the NFL, while Bndchen's career earnings as a model last year came to $10 million .

They say that moving house can be one of the most stressful experiences for married couples, but these two should be fine. Brady recently told Men's Health how coming from completely different backgrounds and having different outlooks on life has actually helped his and Bndchen's marriage (which is surprisingly low-key, given their shared superstar status):

"Were different in so many ways. Shes helped me grow in a lot of areas that I could never have grown without her. And I think vice versa. Thats why we found each other. Thats why we love each other and thats why we work hard on our marriage... She left home at 14, she lived in Japan at 16 in era with no cellphones, she lived in NYC at 17 without speaking English. In her mind, there are no boundaries. Why cant you do that? Why do you have to go to school? Why cant you just leave and live in a different country?' In her reality, you can. Coming from mine, it was very different. This is what you do: you go to elementary school, go high school, go to college. In her mind, why do you have to do any of those things? And you know what, shes right. Im the one that had to go, youre right. And thats helped me grow."
