In the short video, Dr. Lee squeezes the irritated cyst, which has a two inch incision cut into its center, to empty its contents. What spills out with each squeeze is a thick substance that is gray in color and seemingly endless. The video shows three hefty squeezes of this particular cysts, which are all equally terrifying and satisfying.

The cyst excised by Dr. Lee in this video is an , which commonly filled with dead skin cells and . This type of cyst commonly occurs on the back and often have a visible blackhead at the center of the cyst, as it does in this case.
