Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Squeeze 'Mashed Potatoes' Out of a Massive Cyst

In a new Instagram video, aka, dermatologist and excises a large epidermoid cyst from a patients back that overflows with mashed potato-like goop. The short video, which is a reposting from , is cheekily set to Johnny Cashs famous song Ring of Fire.

The real Ring. Of. Fire, Dr. Lee writes in the caption of the post. While its up to interpretation of how exactly this excision reminds the famous dermatologist of Cashs hit song, one thing is for sure: This video is oddly captivating.

In the short video, Dr. Lee squeezes the irritated cyst, which has a two inch incision cut into its center, to empty its contents. What spills out with each squeeze is a thick substance that is gray in color and seemingly endless. The video shows three hefty squeezes of this particular cysts, which are all equally terrifying and satisfying.

The cyst excised by Dr. Lee in this video is an , which commonly filled with dead skin cells and . This type of cyst commonly occurs on the back and often have a visible blackhead at the center of the cyst, as it does in this case. The dead skin cells in the cysts contents are responsible for the gray coloring seen in this video. This is common in patients with darker skin tones due to the pigment of their skin cells.

Season 3 of Dr. Pimple Popper will return to TLC later this year.
