After the success of "This Is Nigeria" song, his version of Donald Gover's "This is America", he has brought together Medikal and Nigeria's Maleek Berry for this Hip-hop jam.

The song comes off his 3rd studio project, titled "FalzTheBahdGuy".

"Next" comes with a music video directed by Vissioniare Pictures.

This is not the first time the duo have worked together. Before "Next", Medikal had hooked up with Falz on a song called "Love You Die" which was released in 2017.
