Method

Minced beef, scotch bonnet, black pepper, bread crumbs, all-purpose seasonings, salt, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, eggs yolk and mix all ingredients.

Gently form the meat into balls, then lightly press into thick patties.

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and add onions.

Add smoked paprika and stir for 2 minutes.

Divide the buns into two equal halves and gently coated with butter.

Preheat a grill to high, toast l buns and set aside.

Grill patties until marked on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes. Turn and grill until the other side is marked and the patties feel firm 3 to 5 more minutes.

Serve the patties on the buns; top with lettuce and or any vegetables of your choice.
