Neymar has made history as the highest scoring Brazilian in the history of the UEFA Champions following his goal against Liverpool on Wednesday.

The 26-year-old talisman scored as Paris Saint Germain defeated Liverpool 2-1 on Wednesday in the UEFA Champions League.
Neymar who had scored 30 goals in the the elite European club football increased his tally to 31 goals making him surpass Kaka as the Brazilian with most goals in the UEFA Champions League.
The goal was Neymar's 31st in the competition, one better than the 30 scored by Kaka throughout his stays with AC Milan and Real Madrid.

In addition to just the goalscoring numbers, Neymar has 19 career Champions League assists, giving him a hand in 50 goals in 52 Champions League games
