Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Leave Behind a Crater After Removing a Huge Blackhead

It's DPOW time. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD removes a large dilated pore of Winer from a patients delicate upper lip. Once removed, compacted growth leaves behind a huge pore resembling a crater. And the whole thing is so damn satisfying.

In the clip, Dr. Lee nicks the pore of Winer with a scalpel to widen the opening. The famous derm then uses a comedone extractor to cleanly pull out the compacted contents. The removal is quick, easy, and incredibly satisfying.

A dilated pore of Winer essentially a large blackhead, which is defined by having keratin plug in a single enlarged pore surrounded by normal skin. This means the crater left behind in this extraction is actually a single pore that has been stretched from the compacted contents gathering inside. Pretty freaky, right?
