The young American musician’s death shocked fans across the world, with speculations surrounding his sudden demise and now, the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office on Wednesday said the “Lucid Dream” rapper died as a result of oxycodone and codeine toxicity
American rapper and singer Juice WRLD suddenly died on 8th December 2019 and the cause of death has now been revealed by an autopsy result.

Juice WRLD died at a hospital he was rushed to after he suffered a medical emergency shortly after arriving at Chicago’s Midway International Airport. On the day of his death, Chicago police were called to the airport to assist federal authorities “in regards to a private jet arriving at the airport which contained a large number of narcotics.”
When police checked the plane, which carried the late singer, they found 41 bags of what was suspected to be marijuana, six prescription bottles of suspected liquid codeine and three firearms, a police statement said. According to a TMZ report, witnesses believed the rapper had swallowed a bunch of Percocet pills in an attempt to hide them from the officers.
During a search on the occupants od the plane, Juice WRLD suffered a seizure, which eventually led to his death and now his autopsy has confirmed that he died out of the overdose of oxycodone and codeine toxicity.
