Pappy Kojo publicly smokes weed to mark Halloween - he calls it “halloweed” (Watch)

The Fante Vandam shared a video of himself smoking a substance believed to be a weed, as his captioned suggested. He wore the popular Takoradi masquerade costume for his act, which makes it more relatable to his fans.

Pappy captioned the post “happy Halloweed”. Possessing or smoking marijuana in Ghana is illegal, noticeably, that has once sent Kwaw Kese to prison but in Pappy’s case, we guess it can be considered as props, so he might not have any problem with the law.
