Eyewitnesses tell TMZ that Derulo had some choice words for the agent on his way to the plane and Derulo's people say the Southwest flight agency treated the singer and his entourage shabbily.
The site reports that Jason however made his way to L.A. And told reporters outside Playhouse nightclub that buying his own private jet is the ONLY solution to that problem!
