While guests artistes showed up on stage in their regular fashion, dancehall musician Epixode took his creativity a bit further at the just ended Bhim Concert.

This year’s Bhim Concert, held on Tuesday, December 21, at the Accra International Conference Centre, saw a tall list of guest performers. International stars Beenie Man (from Jamaica) and Focalistic (from South Africa) were among the tall list.

Many guest performers focused on delivering their songs and leaving the stage, but Epixode proved there are many ways to entertain fans on stage.

Aside from delivering an awe-inspiring performance, Epixode, who is the reigning Vodafone Ghana Music Awards’ ‘Reggae-Dancehall Artiste of the Year,’ popped up on stage in Netflix’s Squid Games costume.

He stormed the stage wearing Squid Game guards’ red tracksuit and their famous triangular face mask. He performed for a while before unveiling his face.

Epixode has been praised by many and described as a ‘creative musician’ by some Instagram users who saw his costume on stage.

Ghanaian industry folks like Fameye, Edem, Kwaw Kese, Samini, Obibini, Mr Drew, Kofi Kinaata, D-Black, and others also showed up on stage to throw their weight behind the BET Award-winning star.

Ghanaian-American comedian Michael Blackson and Ghanaian-American viral star Jeff Obeng, aka Cousinskeether, showed up on stage during D-Black’s performance.

The organisers of the concert considered gender balance while putting things in order. Mona4Reall, Akiyana, Empress Gifty, and Sefa were among the guest artistes list.
