A new song from the musical duo containing direct jabs to Kwesi Arthur found its way to social media this week.
Kwesi Arthur disrespected us - Dope Nation open up on diss song
Musical group Dope Nation has finally opened up their diss song directed at rapper Kwesi Arthur.
The song titled “Chairman” is a diss track, in which Dope Nation aimed shots at the Ground Up Chale rapper.
Explaining the rationale behind the diss song, the group said Kwesi Arthur disrespected them during a show at Ghana Telecom University College.
They said Kwesi Arthur and his team came from behind and pushed them aside while they prepared to perform.
"Even if we were underground artiste, you have to give your boys respect," Tony, a member of the group stated.
"...we were expecting an apology for a long time, so show respect to whoever respect is due."
