Mr Gyamfi opined General Mosquito who is in his fourth term as a general secretary for the NDC has now become an institution and his name a household name which even kids are familiar with.

He said the NDC's scribe is miles above the New Patriotic Party's General Secretary, John Boadu.
Though, he agreed that there are some similarities between the two stalwarts, comparing them isn't fair Nketia, who is popularly known as Geeneral Mosquito.
Speaking on Accra based Asempa FM, he said: "There is no doubt John Boadu is a brilliant and fantastic gentleman but he can attest to the fact that General Mosquito is far ahead of him."

Sammy Gyamfi was elected ahead of Fred Agbenyo as the new Communications Director of the NDC at the National Delegates Congress over the weekend.

"So just as you can’t compare Charles Taylor or Don Bortey with Lionel Messi, John Boadu cannot match up to the level General Mosquito has attained,” he explained.
