The Phobians are also ranked second best digital media club in West Africa, only behind Ivorian side ASEC Mimosas.
Meanwhile, clubs from North Africa lead the way when it comes to the overall continental rankings.
Egyptian giants Al Ahly have over 1.6 million interactions of Twitter alone, with Kaizer Chiefs coming second with 349,000.
Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko occupy 9th and 10th places with 49,900 and 41,400 Twitter interactions, respectively.
