However, they returned home and threw away an opportunity to improve their chances of survival, when they wasted a penalty kick and rather allowed the visitors to punish them.
Wa All Stars made their intent to clinch this season's Ghana Premier League clear after the victory, with four games to end the season. But Aduana Stars who also won on match day 26 at home are making the race for the league title tighter, since they are separated by just a point.
