Dr. Pimple Popper Will Treat a Man With a Giant Neck Hump in Episode 4 of her TLC Show

Who do you call when there's an unexplained hump on your neck that just keeps getting bigger? Dr. Pimple Popper, of course!

In a new Instagram video posted Tuesday night, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD shared a teaser for the upcoming episode of her freakishly intriguing TLC show, Dr. Pimple Popper. In the episodethe fourth of her new seasonit looks like Lee will meet a man with a massive growth on the back of his neck.

"I'm 51 years old, and I have this enormous hump on my neck," the patient says in the teaser. "It's getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

"It rips apart at your soul," he adds. "You almost want to give up."

At one point in the teaser, one of the man's friends asks if he's gotten around to naming the hump yet. Come on, man! Not nice.

"I'm scared I've let it go too long," the man says. "I hope she can take this burden away."

So what is the mysterious growth? We've watched a lot of Dr. Pimple Popper videos, and we think it looks like it could potentially be a lipoma (a mass caused by an overgrowth of fat cells). Other people in the comments section seemed to agree.
