Frederick Mwenvil Dibkuu presents artwork to Chief of Staff
One of Ghana's influential artist, <a id="1630b629-677f-44e3-b337-6435857b4fe3" href="https://www.pulse.com.gh/news/local/meet-the-ghanaian-artist-who-dazzles-with-incredible-pencil-drawings-photos/8dtews6">Frederick Mwenviel Dibkuu</a> has presented a pencil drawing of the Chief of Staff, Akosua Frema Osei Opare to her.

The Chief of Staff received the pencil drawing of herself from the young artist who is a police officer and works at the Criminal Data and Service Bureau Unit of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) at the police headquarters.

The artwork of Frederick was presented to Akosua Frema by the CID Director, Maame Yaa Tiwaa and COP Kofi Boakye at the police fitness and social centre in Accra.
