Here's When Season 2 of You Will Be Released on Netflix
Viewers loved the show's creepy plot lines and oddly named characters (Guinevere and Peach, we're looking at you). A second season of the season was soon announced, and everyone is curious to know what will happen to Joe nextand if he'll continue his murderous rampage. Here's when you can watch the second season of You.
When will You season 2 be available on Netflix?
You will drop on Netflix on December 26. Since Netflix is headquartered in California, that generally means a midnight drop on the West Coast and a 3 a.m. EST release on the East Coast.
The second season of You is based on Caroline Kepnes' second book, Hidden Bodies, and it follows Joe as he moves to Los Angeles and tries to start a new life there. The trailer for the new season also teases a new love interest for Joe.
As Penn Badgley told Digital Spy , the new season will allow viewers to "see parts of Joe you've not seen before. We're not doing the same thing again, because I think that would be irresponsible. And to be honest, a lot of that really comes through in Victoria [Pedretti]'s character, which is my love interest in the upcoming season."
