Transfer well cleaned snails into a saucepan and add your onion, ginger, garlic, rosemary, bay leaves, salt and cover to cook.
After 5- 7 minutes, add scotch bonnet and tomatoes to boil.

Add okro and 200 ml of water, stir and leave to cook uncovered.
Taste for salt and add other spices or any grilled fish for extra flavour.
Serve with banku or Eba.
