One Republic star celebrates 36th birthday with $11m mansion

Songwriter and OneRepublic star, Ryan Tedder has rewarded himself with an $11million mansion as he turned 36.

It was further reported that the home boasts of six-bedrooms, seven-baths.

Sources told New York Post that Tedder, who has produced tunes for Madonna, U2 and Maroon 5, will be combining two units in the brand-new building to create a megaduplex which will be ready next year.
