The "Ojuelagba" hitmaker who is full of excitement about the album release took to his Twitter page over the weekend to announce saying "Sounds from the other side,New @r2bees Album and the first Starboy album 2016! About to make history! I'm so excited about life right now!"

Though the album title is unknown, it will soon be out according Wizkid.

This announcement comes as a surprise because Wizkid signed the "Gboza" hitmakers just three weeks ago onto his Starboy Entertainment record label.

Afro-pop/Soul singer, Efya and Ghana based Nigerian singer Mr. Eazi have also been signed onto Wizkid's record label.

R2Bees already has two studio albums; "Da Revolution I" released in 2009 and "Da Revolution II: Refuse to be broke" in 2012.
