The Bachelorette's Peter Weber Just Shared an Instagram Video That'll Break Your Damn Heart.
Season 15 of The Bachelorette is nearing its end, but it seems like just yesterday that Hannah's 59 boyfriends were rolling up to the mansion on night one. Or maybe I've just watched Peter the Pilot's latest Instagram video too many times.
Sadly, the windmill stopped spinning for Peter in the first half of the Bachelorette finale, which aired on Monday. The two-night drama-filled extravaganza kicked off with a rose ceremony, in which Hannah chose to take Jed and Tyler to the final two and send her pilot boyfriend flying on home.
But Peter, literally a human smile, seems to be handling his rejection well ( in other words, not like his co-star Luke P. ). He expertly navigated an emotional interview with host Chris Harrison and a post-breakup conversation with Hannah. And in a Tuesday morning Instagram post , he shared a long message about his gratitude for everyone who supported him on his Bachelorette journey, including Hannah. He also shared a heartbreaking video he recorded at the very start of the season.
"Well, I just got picked up from my house. I am on my way to the hotelthis is real," a bright-eyed, bushy-tailed Peter says to the camera. "This is actually happening, and I am so friggin' excited. I cannot wait. This journey is justI'm looking forward to it so much. I have no idea what is in store for me and for the next Bachelorette, but I am just so pumped right now, I feel so lucky, and I can't wait to meet her. I'm just gonna give it my all and be open to everything. I am really happy right now. Buckle up, baby. Adventure calls."
He was so sweet! So innocent! So unaware that he would eventually have his heart broken on national television! (At least he to have sex in a windmill twice four times.)
In the caption of the Instagram post, Peter thanked Hannah, the other men in the house, ABC, his family and friends, and Bachelor Nation.
"Everyone on this planet deserves that indescribable, words wont do it justice, make your heart skip a beat type of love," he wrote. "Never stop until you find it."
"Never stop until you find it"... Could Peter be making a bid for next Bachelor? I, for one, say he has a pretty good shot.
