I kg of prawns

Olive oil

Chili

Paprika

Carrots

Green pepper

Zucchini

Cornstarch  mixture

Method

Peel the prawns and remove the head and legs

Use a small sharp knife to make a slit along the middle of the back to expose the dark vein and clean under running water.

Heat olive oil under medium and add onions, ginger and garlic paste.

Add prawns and season with shrimps powder.

Stir continuously and add your paprika.

Add red chilies, chopped vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in small amount of cornstarch mixture and leave to simmer under low heat
