Samuel Inkoom and his wife Omega have been couple for ten years and are blessed with three children.
On 23 June 2017 the Bulgarian Football Union banned Inkoom for 1 year following a legal notice from FIFA that he had caused damages to a real estate worth 65 316 USD while he was playing for D.C. United.
The 28-year-old represented Ghana in both the 2010 and the 2014 FIFA World Cups. He had earlier won the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup with the Black Satellites.
