You won't be able to get this pop out of your brain. In a new YouTube video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD squeezes a jiggly lipoma out of the middle of a patients back. And this thing fully looks like a yellow-colored, veiny mini brain.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision across the length of the lipoma and then squeezes the growth to remove it. What pops out truly looks like a little brain with lobes and nodules and all. Dr. Lee then pulls at remaining tissue from the deeply embedded lipomaand the growth punches back.

This one were going to have to fight with a little. What are we going to call this one? Dr. Lee says to the patient. The woman cheekily responds, Booger!

Thats one big booger, Dr. Lee responds. And you thought "yellow-colored mini brain" was the grossest comparison someone could come up with.

Eventually Dr. Lee prevails over the growth, as she always does. She plucks the rest of the fatty mass free, stitches up the patient, and sends her on her way.
