Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Pop 'Mayonnaise' Whiteheads From a Patient's Cheek

Dr. Pimple Popperaka Dr. Sandra Lee, star of her own TLC showis back on Instagram for a classic type of pop. The dermatologist is tasked with removing a plethora of whiteheads from a patient's cheek. These under-the-skin pops are extracted and come out smooth like mayonnaise.

In order to remove the insides of these impacted pores, Dr. Pimple Popper uses an extraction tool to press down on the skin. As she begins to dig deeper, the oil, skin, and bacteria found within the pores begins to come out in curling ribbons of mayonnaise-like ooze.

While some of the pops are more juicy than others, all of the whiteheads Dr. Pimple Popper frees from her patient feature the same satisfying rivers of goo that fans of the doctor's are accustomed to seeing.
