Kwesi Arthur and father

Speaking on Hitz FM during a show monitored by pulse.com.gh, Mr Danso Arthur seized the opportunity to reiterate that he is in much support of Kwesi’s music career and that he is not a man who dictates the profession of his children.

Actually my kids I don’t put any impediment on their way, right from B.E.C.E when they are doing their subjects selection, I am just an observer. I always allow them to follow their dream. God used me as a vessel to bring them to the world but I cannot dictate to them. I can actually guide them from doing the wrong them. If you dare do the wrong thing that one I will never tolerate it” he said.

Speaking to Andy Dosty, with a well-composed manner, as suggested by the tone of his voice, during a telephone interview, Mr Arthur once again spoke about his son’s hairstyle. According to him, he is not so strict about that but he feels, Kwesi should at least trim it down a little bit because it’s too grown now.

He is the type who doesn’t actually like cutting his hair because the head as he was growing up the head was a bit bigger and his colleagues normally play with the head so maybe that is why he is always running away from cutting his hair” he added.

Mr Danso who clarified that he is not a Pentecostal elder but only a member , also spoke about how he raised his children up, mentioning how he never spared the rod and that has ensured that the rapper is the disciplined musician that he is now.
