Tilapia is a pretty impressive source of protein.
3 tbsp Paprika
1½ tbsp Ground cumin
1 tbsp Ground pepper
Salt- to taste
2-3 tbsp- Olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl, combine paprika, ground cumin, ground pepper, salt, and stir.
Pour the spices over the clean fish and set aside for 10 -30 minutes to marinate.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the marinated tilapia over the aluminum foil.
Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and pop it in the oven
Bake for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes of baking, take it out of the oven.
Serve fish alongside Jollof or kenkey.
