I kg fish
1 pound chopped Okro
A small bowl of diced tomatoes
3 large Onion

Garlic
10 - 15 peppers (kpakpo shito)
2 teaspoon of powered Shrimps
1/2 cup Palm Oil

- Method
Blend onion, garlic, and ginger and use it to marinate your fish for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Don’t forget to add salt and fish spices.
Heat palm oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and add diced onions.
Blend fresh tomatoes, scotch bonnet and add to the onions.
Cook for 5 - 10 minutes and add shrimps powder and other spices.

Steam fish for 4- 8 minutes and add to the stew.
Grate the okro and boil for 5- 10 minutes till it bubbles up.
Add the okro to the stew
Stir gently and lower it to simmer gently.
Serve with cooked rice
