Kwaw Kese Tests Positive For Weed; Denied Bail For The Third Time

Embattled musician Kwaw Kese has failed to secure bail for the third time after filing a motion on health grounds

Kwaw Kese is surely facing the worst moments in his life--a story he would narrate in future as his latest ploy to secure bail for the third time did not work.

Kwaw Kese was rushed to the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, after complaining of a serious stomach upset yesterday. His legal team made an application to a Kumasi High Court, requesting for a bail to be granted on health grounds but the court threw out the case.

According to emerging reports, the court denied him bail because his lawyers failed to produce a medical report to support their claims. A forensic report has also confirmed that the substance he allegedly smoked in public was Indian Hemp.

Kwaw Kese is due in court for the third time on December 22.
