Alec Baldwin and wife Hilaria Baldwin were accused of hiring a renown sex therapist - Dr. Ruth Westheimer - in an effort to save their marriage but new reports claim, the story is totally false.

According to the National Enquirer, Alec and Hilaria are in a ''desperate bid to save their marriage'' now that the stress of raising young children has taken a toll on the 57-year-old actor. An insider claiming to be close to the couple told the publication that, “They’ve been fighting a lot. Alec’s always been a hothead with her, but now it’s gotten even worse.”

The Enquirer also dragged famed sex therapist Dr. Ruth into their report, alleging that she’s been advising the couple.

Now, GossipCop reports that the couple did not hire sex therapist Dr. Westheimer in an effort save their marriage and that The National Enquirer is simply creating marital drama where none exists.
