Couple Reportedly In Nasty Split, Each Fighting For Custody Of Children

The relationship between Kourtney Kardashian and the father of her children, Scott Disick is allegedly coming to an end but it is said that the couple are going head to head over the custody of their children.

The 35-years-old reality star has allegedly had enough of Scot’s hard partying and free spending ways and is kicking him out of the couples eight million dollar Calabasas mansion according to a new report but he isn’t going to go quietly though and is reportedly ready to put the couple’s three children Mason, 5, Penelope, 2, and Reign, 4 months, at the center of their alleged split.

Money is also apparently at the center of their split as the free spending Scott has reportedly blown through five million dollars on luxury cars, watches and clothes in the last month alone according to a new report in Life and Style. Scott therefore allegedly thinks he can keep the good life going by gaining joint custody of his children.

“He will fight for joint custody of the kids – which basically means he want to continue to get paid,” a source tells Life and Style. “Scott’s no dummy. He knows that if Halle Berry’s ex Gabriel Aubrey, who never married Halle, can get paid more than $15,000 a month for one child, imagine what he could get for three kids. Scott will hire the top lawyers in LA to take as much of Kourtney’s wealth as he possibly can.”

“Losing partial custody of her children is terrifying for Kourtney,” the source continues. “But if she also has to continue paying for Scott and his antics, too, it would be the end of her world.”

Few weeks ago Scot was reported to have checked into a rehab but on March 23, the 31-year-old announced plans to make a weekend appearance at the exclusive 1Oak nightclub in Las Vegas only weeks after entering the facility.

HollywoodLife.com however reported that Scott was only seeking help at this particular rehab center in exchange for money. “Scott was paid to go to rehab. He won’t be there for 30 days and no legit rehab facility would ever send out a press release,” a source told the website.
