Agya Koo, Nana Acheampong, Tagoe Sisters pay homage to Asantehene
Some popular Ghanaian showbiz personalities have been spotted paying homage to the Asantene at the Manhyia Palace.

The ceremony started on Friday, December 1, with the grand durbar of traditional priests and priestesses’ performances at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi.
Amongst them include Highlife legend Nana Acheampong, Gospel music legend Tagoe Sisters and Kumawood actor Kofi Adu popularly known as Agya Koo.
The late queen, who was the mother of the current Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, passed away in 2016 at age 109 and was succeeded by Nana Konadu Yiadom II, Asantehene’s elder sister.
