‘Diamond Appiah has lung cancer due to excessive smoking’ - Adu Safowaa bucks again

Ghanaian socialite Adu Safowaa is hitting had at Diamond Appiah claiming the latter is currently suffering from lung cancer due to smoking in excess.

While enumerating several allegations against Diamond Appiah, Adu Safowaa says that Diamond has been in prison cells for a record eight times for fraud.

Safowaa further alleged that she has one particular place she buys her HIV drugs.
