In a video obtained by TMZ, a guy standing behind Louie V got cracked in the face with what looks like the buttom part of a handgun leaving everyone fleeing for thier lives in fear of a possible shootout.
The police were immediately called to the scene despite no shots fired. No one was arrested.
Right after the incident, Louie V claimed he wasn't involved, but admitted he was there talking to Meek.
